Weight Training

The Weight Training Course covers the practical components and additional theory needed for becoming a Weight Training Instructor. Topics include theory review, program design, instruction and counseling, safety and injury prevention, special populations, nutrition and exercise equipment and technique.

This course combines classroom time with lots of activities in the weight room. Students will learn proper exercise technique hands on and practice their training skills with a partner in a weight room setting.

Cost: $299.00/includes manual, workbook and tax
