Group Fitness

The Group Fitness Course covers the practical components and additional theory needed for becoming a Group Fitness Instructor. Topics include exercise ideas, choreography, cueing, music, safety, lesson planning, class components and leadership skills.

This course is very active and fun and students should come prepared to move. Students are encouraged to explore different styles of teaching and make weekly presentations, which are then videoed and emailed to them. In order to maximize learning and provide adequate practice time, the course is spread out over several weeks. You can’t learn to teach Group Fitness in one weekend!

Cost: $299.00/includes manual, workbook and tax
