Weight Training Course

The Weight Training Certification Course covers the practical components and additional theory needed for becoming a Weight Training Instructor and is the second step to becoming a certified Personal Trainer.  This course will be held online via Zoom and in-person at Eastside Fitness in Vancouver.  Topics include theory review, program design, instruction and counselling, safety and injury prevention, special populations, nutrition and exercise equipment and technique.

This course combines theory with lots of activities in the weight room. Students will learn proper exercise technique hands on and practice their training skills with a partner in a weight room setting. 

Cost: $329.00 plus Manuals ($65.00 plus tax)

BCRPA - Registration with BCRPA in Fitness Theory
CFES - Completion of Fitness Theory Course
